1. Subscribe to our platform for updates​

2. Create a custom profile

3. Get prequalified 

4. Hang out on our platform, swipe right on properties you love

5. Match with other Homeez that love the same properties and have similar living preferences as you

6. After matching you and your homeez will be invited to the same open house to meet

7. One of our trained real estate agents will meet with everyone at the open house to facilitate future showings

8. Attend several open houses with your fellow Homeez

9. Meet with our trained attorneys to set up an operating agreement

10. Put a property under contract together

11. Close on a property using smart contracts

12. Move in with your fellow Homeez
